Currently we have physio trainers in Singapore so we can see you at your home or at our clinic in Singapore.

We have seen 100’s of clients online to help with supporting them in their training.  Yes we cannot be ‘hands on’ but still able to help you engage the core muscles correctly and watch you doing exercises correctly in addition to advising you when you can progress to the next Level of workouts in the Online Program.

We recommend an initial appointment to help you work out what is causing your protruding tummy.  Then we find most of our clients benefit from 4 follow up sessions to help check them doing the exercises and progress them to the next level of workouts.
