There are masses of research studies supporting positive effects of doing Pelvic Floor and Deep Core Exercises in help strengthen the muscles.   Our clinical work with 1000’s of mums has proven these positive effects.   You will feel stronger in yourself and see a distinct difference in any Pelvic Floor related symptoms such as Incontinence and Prolapse.  You will also notice your Tummy Flattening and healing of your Diastasis Recti.

Both core programs will work at increasing strength and tension in your pelvic floor and core muscles.  The pelvic floor program’s workouts are slightly longer at 11 minutes as have some specific focus with exercises working the pelvic floor muscle in isolation aiming to improve endurance and function of the muscle in isolation.   The Pelvic Floor & Core Program is the better option for those who are experiencing issues such as Leakage, Prolapse or Feelings of pressure down below in addition to a weaker core and protruding tummy.

The first consult with our physio will help confirm which program is best for you.

In our Online Core Programs the aim is to restore strength and tension back again around your Pelvic Floor and Deep Abdominal Muscles.  There is a Foundation Level with the key starter exercises then 4 Levels of Workouts which become progressively harder.  We recommend an Initial Appointment where measures will be taken and you will be taught how to activate the right muscles and started on exercises.  Then four further 30 min appointments are recommended to progress you through the workouts.

Of course if you prefer you can opt to pay as you go for the follow up consults rather than pay for a package of 4.

Majority of our clients do see and feel a distinct difference in their Pelvic Floor and Tummy in the first 2 weeks after starting core exercises and will continue to see the improvements as they progress through the program.

There are no side effects with our Core exercises and training.

The first initial appointment is 45 minutes if have chosen to do Core Training alone.   Follow ups are 30 mins.   If you opt for Core Training combined with our HIFEM NEO Musculpting treatment the first initial appointment and follow up appointments will all be one hour.

You can start certain Core activating exercises from as soon as 2 weeks after giving birth.

You can continue the Core Training when you are Menstruating.
