Why Do We Recommend the Face To Face Consults?
It is recommended both during pregnancy and after birth to have a proper pelvic floor assessment by an experienced pelvic floor physio. This will then determine any issues you may have and also help you learn to contract the pelvic floor muscles correctly. Some mums who are not checked before starting a rehab program may be bearing down rather than lifting up in the pelvic floor and other mums may have an overactive pelvic floor rather than a weak pelvic floor. If the problem is not checked and diagnosed then can lead to any symptoms becoming worse.
What is The Online Program Part?
Bex Aldridge, physio and trainer of over 18 years used her knowledge to design a Pelvic Floor & Core Program to help prevent any pelvic floor issues during her own pregnancy and then to restore pelvic floor control after giving birth. The program has been tried and tested by multiple mums fine tuning it to make it the program it is today. Easily easily accessible via Desktop, Tablet, Smartphones, Your TV and also can be via our APP which you can access anytime anywhere. The workouts are aimed to improve the strength, endurance and coordination of the pelvic floor and core muscles. Then taking it another level to other programs by teaching you how to use your pelvic floor and core while doing more functional movements.
