Lucie started her career in physiotherapy working in the NHS and then a private hospital in London. Since 2011 she has been living and working in Singapore with a particular interest in the Pelvis, Spine & Lower Limbs.
She believes that there is a significant role for hands on therapy and completed her Masters in Manual Therapy at UWA in 2013, while simultaneously becoming a Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), providing her with extensive exercise knowledge to develop exercise programs for athletes with comorbidities such as diabetes and high risk pregnancies.
With her strong musculoskeletal background Lucie is able to apply this to her Woman’s health skill set, has undergone numerous post-graduate professional development courses specialising in treatment pre and post natal women in pelvic floor disorders. To further assist in recovery Lucie is trained in mat and reformer pilates rehabilitation as well as dry needling.
Her passion is to help and empower women to achieve their goals, maintain a healthy active pregnancy and restore their tummies and pelvic floor after birth anytime – weeks, months or years after birth.
